Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Zenithon, operated by Zenithon Inc. The full service agreement you sign at signup, including fees and plan details, takes priority where it differs.

The service

Zenithon provides AI voice and messaging assistants for businesses. The assistant is an AI and says so if asked. Results depend on the information you provide, which you are responsible for keeping accurate.

Fees

Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract, plus a one-time onboarding fee scoped with you before billing starts. We do not store your card details.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zenithon for unlawful, deceptive or abusive calls or messages, spam, or to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you. You are responsible for having the right to contact your own customers.

Text messaging

Texts sent through Zenithon are service messages as described on our text messaging page. Clients are responsible for honoring opt-outs.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Ending the service

Either side may end the service at any time. Your data can be exported before it is removed.
