Who sends the texts

Zenithon provides AI phone assistants to businesses. When you call, text or book with one of those businesses, the assistant may text you on that business's behalf. Zenithon itself texts business owners about their own account.

What the texts are

Service messages only: appointment confirmations and reminders, "your technician is on the way" alerts, schedule changes, order status, receipts, and replies to questions you asked. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not sell or share your number for marketing.

How you agree

You agree to receive these texts when you give your mobile number to a business that uses Zenithon, by phone, by text, or on a form, in order to book or receive service. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. Consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Opt out, help, rates

• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You will get one confirmation and then no more.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@chaiholistic.com.
• Message frequency varies with your service. Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
