This policy explains what Zenithon collects and how it is used. Zenithon is operated by Zenithon Inc.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, business name, email, phone number.
• Business setup information: services, prices, hours, and how you want your assistant to sound.
• Call and message records handled by your assistant, such as who called, what they asked for, bookings, and recordings or transcripts where enabled.
• Basic site data such as your IP address, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your assistant, take messages and bookings, send service texts and emails, show you your dashboard, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging

Phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See Text messaging.

Who processes it

We use service providers to host the service, place calls, send messages and email, and process payments. They may handle data only to provide those services to us.

Your data is yours

Customer data belongs to the business that collected it. Clients can export it at any time. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@chaiholistic.com.

Security and retention

We use access controls and encryption in transit and keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal duties.
